Information on this website is for general educational and informational purposes and is not medical
advice. It is not a substitute for professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare
provider. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you have
read on this website. If you believe you or your child are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or
seek immediate in-person medical care.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website only for lawful, personal purposes. You will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, other users’ accounts, or systems connected to the website

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by Lactation
Health, LLC or its affiliated entities, or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other
intellectual property laws. You may view and use website content for your personal, non-commercial
purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any website
content without our prior written permission.
5. Information You Submit
If you submit information to us through the website (for example, by filling out a contact form or
requesting to be contacted about services), we will use that information to respond to your inquiry or
provide the requested service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Please

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted,
error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the LH Clinical Group, its affiliates, and its owners, officers,
employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or

10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-
law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the website or these Terms shall be
brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Richland County,
South Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This governing law and venue
provision does not apply to disputes governed by a separate written agreement between you and any
